Because of my type of work, most evening the house will be empty.

There is no bath tub, but there is a lovely large waterfall type shower instead.

Live in professional Landlord who is happy to help with any requirements.
I prefer some one who is neat, tidy, trustworthy & respectful of surrounding & property.
