Cosy Cottage

A double room is available in my lovely newly refurbished home. I have a 'quirky' but simple taste and would welcome any housemate to make the place feel like their home as well. There is a small garden at the back of the property, which needs some work doing - so if you're green fingered there's a project waiting, but I'll be working on it in the spring! The village is very charming, almost picture book perfect, good walks are just waiting to be discovered. As it's only a 10 minute drive to Harrogate so it's ideally located for those that love the rural life as well as the charm of a town.
I have a busy work life which is often demanding but enjoy socialising and going out to the theatre/visiting art exhibitions when I get the chance.
The room is furbished with a double bed, wardrobe, curtains and a bunch of flowers...the rest is up to you! I am looking for a friendly female housemate, that is easy to get along with, enjoys the countryside and can drive (as both are essential where I live) and who enjoys a glass of wine every now and again!
