1 Double room for rent, Room is of a good size and comprises of double bed, wardrobes, chests of drawers, bed side tables, lamps and television. The bathroom is next door and has a white suite with a shower. The house has a good sized kitchen, 2 living rooms, a dining room and down stairs loo. You would have access to a small sitting room/dining room with a wood burning stove and tv. We have central heating and internet access. There is on street parking but we have a private drive anyway. My self and my husband live here with our 2 dogs so an animal lover would be good. . We are looking for a female tenant who is clean and tidy, with a good sense of humour and pretty laid back like us. We are situated in a village 6 miles north of York with lots of amenities on your doorstep. Tescos, chemist 2 pubs and also a bus service into York.
