Spacious double room available near A64 to York

I currently have a spacious double room available in a 3 bed semi-terraced in a gorgeous little village 30 minute drive away from York. This is appealing for someone who does not want to live in the centre of York due to financial reasons or who enjoys the country side. I have lived in the centre of York before and found I have saved so much money living on the outskirts. Nearest train station is Malton which is a 5 minute drive. It's important this person who moves in does drive due to it being a little drive away from Malton/York.
I am the only tenant in this house and it would be nice to meet someone who wants to move in, but will also be a friend too!
I live an active lifestyle where I exercise and I love to cook! I often see friends on a regular basis too where I sometimes go out but I love to stay in too and binge on some box sets after a hard week at work. I work full-time, sometimes more hours that not that I should do and work in York (Clifton).
I'd like to think I'm pretty easy going so if the person who moved in likes their own space or wants to do things together, I wouldn't mind at all.
The room itself, you can have it how you like as you would be paying half of the bills. The rent is £315 each per month, but that is not including bills. This place is fully-furnished but if you have furniture, we could work something out or I have a garage for storage. There is sky and Internet too.
