Two double rooms to rent in smart five-bed heworth semi. Both £90 a week to include all bills, bar house phone. Free wifi, unrestricted on-street parking (plus 1 space on the drive) and easy 15 minute walk to centre of town. Especially handy for the Hospital and St Johns.
The house is fully renovated and very nice, with good furnishings, large open plan kitchen / dining room and garden room. Landscaped garden. These two rooms share the house bathroom, which is only ever used otherwise by any occasional visitors. The rooms share their own dedicated sitting room downstairs and one room has use of a large balcony area.
Rental by professional gay bloke in his forties following split with partner. I'm masculine, very sociable and down to earth and happy to let to m or f, straight or gay - I just ask that you are friendly, reasonably outgoing and considerate of others - and will be reliable in terms of rent. Please note - I have a moggie but he is clean and well behaved, if a little nosey...
Can live with smokers provided there is no smoking at all in the house.
