We have enough parking for 2 cars in front and at the side of house. Opposite the house there is also a lay by with space for more car parking.

We are close to York town centre and only takes 20mins to walk but there is a bus service which runs every ten minutes. Doctors and hospital are very close, plus three local shops around the corner. Walking distance to Clifton Moor shops as well.

Sorry but no pets, children, students or DSS. We have a dog in the house so please bear this in mind.
