The property is is situated approximately 2. 5 miles from York City Centre and only approximately 2 minutes walk from local shopping centre Monks Cross, New Complex Vangard, Asda & Sainsbury's with regular buses to city centre including nearby park & ride.

The property has plenty of parking including on street and driveway, with central heating. The property also has a front and rear garden. The back garden looks onto fields with a view of the Minster and is very good for BBQ's in the summer.

The property has a modern kitchen and bathroom with shower, micorwave, washer/dryer, toaster and cooker with 4 hobs. The living room/dining area is spacious, including a dinning table, television (including the SKY & Nintendo Wii). Rent includes all bills (including wi-fi internet) assuming reasonable usage apart from telephone bills which will be additional.

The house will be shared with two other professionals and myself (owner/occupier). I am interested in running, going to the gym and enjoy watching rugby league.
