Double room- Short term only -York centre

I am renting a double bedroom (bedroom 2 in the photos) in a two bedroom, furnished terrace for a short term only. The house is currently up for sale which is the reason for the short term tenancy. Ideally you would want to stay for 2 -3months and be ok with a one month notice period. There is another tenant living in the house who has asked for the new person to be female, tidy and fairly quiet.

The house has plenty of communal space, a big living room/dining room, a decent kitchen, upstairs bathroom, downstairs shower room, small patio/yard and a study room.

The bedroom is large and sunny and will be £545 incl. bills 

I am looking to rent to a mature student/professional who will take good care of what has been a comfortable home to me for many years.

Sorry but: no pets, smoking or outdoor shoes in the house.
