Its a very short stroll into town and to the train station (5-10 mins) and easy access to all of the shops on Bishopthorpe Road! Close to the river and to Rowntree Park.

Sharing with one female professional archaeologist (clean, tidy and easygoing) who likes music, a glass of wine and the odd night out. When I succeed in getting myself to the gym I quite enjoy it!! Also sharing with a very friendly medium sized doggy called Honey.
