2nd floor double room has a king size bed, desk, chair, large double wardrobe and shelving unit.

All rooms have a door lock for extra security. There is also on street parking available at the side of the house and a bike shed available to use.

Bills are included in all room prices. This includes: water, gas, electric, TV licence, unlimited fibre optic broadband and council tax (if applicable).

**Viewings are flexible but need a day's notice, in person or via FaceTime or Whatsapp. Same day viewings may be available on request**

All utensils, cooking equipment, communal cleaning equipment is provided (cost of cleaning products, loo roll, kitchen roll etc is shared between us all). There is a shared kitchen/lounge and a bathroom on each floor. There is also a spacious paved back yard & shed for bikes, etc.

The house is a fifteen minute walk approx to the university and there is a bus stop right outside the housing estate which goes to the city centre, hospital & Clifton Moor. Supermarkets, takeaways and gym all nearby within ten minute walk. We are also right by the A64 for anyone needing to commute to work.

Housemates - Currently one professional and a post grad students. We're a fairly quiet bunch, respecting each other's privacy but also have group meals from time to time.
