Housemate wanted for comfy 2-bed terrace

Hi, I'm a 26-yo professional female looking for a new housemate in Clifton. The house is a quiet, homey terrace just off Clifton Green. It's a nice area 15 mins walk from the town centre and 25 mins from the station, with a park, greengrocer/butcher, Spar, and pub within 5mins walk. Parking is on-street, but it's a quiet cul-de-sac and doesn't require permits.

The house has a large kitchen, living room, upstairs bathroom, utility room with washer and tumble dryer, and a good-sized yard.
The new contract will begin on August 1st, but the room will be empty from a week before that. Rent is £312pcm, bills (inc. broadband, not inc. council tax) are £68. The room is furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, bedside table) but could be unfurnished if you want to bring your own. The room is currently blue as pictured, but I do have permission to repaint it a lighter colour if you prefer!

I'm quiet but friendly, and I'd ideally like someone else who's reasonably quiet but enjoys a chat and occasionally sharing meals (it's more fun to cook for two!). I enjoy baking, cooking (especially Cajun and Japanese), gaming, reading and sewing, and I'm also interested in travel, languages, and TV and film. Housemate must be tidy and considerate, similar interests a bonus!
