We are ideally looking for a male housemate aged between 24-30.

Well presented 4 storey town house in the lovely area of Bishophill.

Medium sized double bedroom located at the back of the property on the first floor.

Large attractive basement kitchen (fully equipped) with patio door leading out onto the court yard style garden. The garden has a lockable shed suitable for bike storage and a washing line and bench, just enough room for a summer BBQ! The lower floor also boasts a large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a modern shower room.

Ground floor - light and sunny sitting room with Juliet balcony over looking the garden. Comfortable sofa, chair and footstool. TV with free-view box. This floor also has an occupied bedroom.

First floor - Communal bathroom with shower over bath. one occupied double bedroom and one unoccupied double bedroom

Top floor - occupied double bedroom.

We are three professionals age ranging from 24 to 28 . We are quite laid back but like the house to be kept quite clean and tidy (we share the jobs!)

It's a sociable house, we enjoy nights out together as well as watching films and just enjoying everything York has to offer (including the odd walk around the walls which are right at the end of the street.) Looking for a housemate who will love and respect this friendly house.

The rent of £212. 50 per month is exclusive of bills (council tax, water, electricity, gas, broadband and TV license are all split between all housemates and usually come to around £70 a month in total). Also the house it let through a well known agent in York, you will be required to pay £130 in fees to them. The room is unfurnished
