House is in a quiet residential area and situated close to Bishopthorpe Road shopping parade, York Train Station, University of York, York College and a 15 minute walk/5 minute cycle into York City Centre.

The monthly payment includes council tax, water, tv license and broadband internet but the gas & electricity is split three ways and paid seperatley per quarter (the amount fluctuates throughout the year) as and when we receive the bill.
