I own a recently renovated, four bedroom house in York with a double room to let (please see below for availability date). The house is located on a quiet street just 5 minutes walk from York District Hospital, and 15 minutes walk from York city centre.

Renovations on the house finished a few years ago with everything inside the house being brand new - including brand new stainless steel electric cooker, stainless steel extractor hood, washing machine and microwave. It also had a new bathroom, with the lounge having new leather sofas, widescreen TV, and coffee table. All flooring and carpet throughout the house was also new, as were all the beds, mattresses, wardrobes, desks, chairs and soft furnishings.

The room available is:

- Double Room (available 6th February 2024). Rent £585 per month, all bills included.

The room has a double bed, a desk and chair, and a wardrobe.

The house has many wonderful original features, as well as a new boiler and gas central heating system. It also has a lovely rear courtyard (which gets the sun) and a secure outbuilding suitable for storing bikes. It also has unlimited street car parking, and unlimited 1000mbs ultra fibre broadband installed.
