Double room available, (for single FEMALE occupancy) in my semi-detached house located just off Tadcaster Road, opposite the Knavesmire, with easy access to the A64, station and town, in a peaceful cul-de-sac. The room is fully furnished, with a wardrobe, chest of drawers. There is a very large kitchen, will all mod cons. The living room/dining room has a wide screen tv, and ultra fibre wifi. The garage can be used to store bikes etc and the garden is compact but perfectly formed. Easy limited roadside parking.
You MUST like cats, as there are 2 resident cats.
This is sharing with me and another lodger in my own home, so it needs to be someone whom we feel comfortable with, and will share a cup of tea or a glass of wine and put the world to rights. My (male) partner also stays at the house on occasion.
