The room on the ground floor, freshly decorated, with a lovely outlook onto the rear garden and Hob Moor beyond. WiFi, washing machine, off street parking, all usual amenities. En suite shower and toilet.
Shared kitchen and living / dining room but use of spare sitting room if required.
The kitchen is used about twice a week to prepare high quality vegetarian food for a small food delivery business, which is good fun and should not significantly impinge on our guests. Customers do not visit the house.
