Double room to rent in great house!

Double room to rent in chilled out shared house in Hartoft Street, York.

Rent is £285 per month. Bills not included.

The room is furnished with chest of drawers, bedside table, bed and built in wardrobe. There's also a desk and chair if needed.

Current residents include three females in their 20's, two of us work full time in York and the other is a PhD student.

* On Street parking - no parking permits required
* Non smoking (although garden is fine)
* Really friendly private landlord

Ideal candidate would be responsible, social, easy going and in their mid-20's or early 30's. Preferably in full time work but postgrads are fine too as long as you don't mind chipping in with council tax. No party animals and you must be willing to help out with household jobs (cleaning etc).

DSS, couples or pet owners need not apply. We are also looking for someone who wants a fairly lengthy residency.
