Quiet room near York Uni and city centre

This spacious room is available from July 1 for a female lodger. It is in an ideal location for a postgraduate or other mature student studying at the University of York, which is only a ten minute walk away. The city centre is also a ten minute walk away in the opposite direction. There is also a bus stop nearby from which buses regularly run into the city centre. The lodger's large, well-decorated room, situated on the ground floor in our family home, is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk, cupboards, bookshelves, a fridge, ironing board and iron, clothes drying rack, kettle, toaster, microwave oven and a small electric oven with two hobs, which is used by our lodgers to do their cooking. There is a shared kitchen which our lodgers use to do their washing up, where there is also a washing machine they can use. There is a small ground floor toilet, with a small sink, and a bathroom upstairs with another toilet and a shower and bath. We are looking for a respectful FEMALE lodger only..
