I have an immaculate fully furnished double room to rent in a new apartment at the top of Tadcaster Road, by Askham Bar Tesco. It is a great location just 1 minute from the A64 and 10 minutes to the city centre (about 35 minutes to walk). It is on many bus routes, including the park and ride, and the Yorkshire Coastliner for buses to Leeds or Scarborough/Malton.

The room comes with a double bed, bedside chest, tall set of drawers and wardrobe.

You have pretty much sole use of the main bathroom which includes bath, shower, toilet and sink. It may occasionally be used by guests etc, but not very often!

There is parking available on the road nearby and is not restricted by permits or anything like that.

Bills included in the rent (council tax / utilities / broadband / tv licence).

I am a live in landlord and live here on my own. My boyfriend is away in the military and is home 1 or 2 weekends a month. I work Monday to Friday in Leeds, and am usually doing something in the evenings (netball, running, swimming etc) to keep myself busy!

I'm ideally looking for a flat mate with similar kind of interests/lifestyle and up for a chat over a cup of tea/glass of wine, and is friendly, clean and tidy!
