Double Room In 2 Bed Apartment

hi, i have a double bedroom available to rent in my 2 bedroom apartment.

the room is unfurnished, and available from now. It comfortably fits a double bed and furniture.

The apartment is a stand alone place, not in a big block, and has its own private access and driveway should you need to park your car. It is a couple of minutes walk to the park and ride which gets you into town in 10 minutes. It is also about 5 minutes walk to tesco, cinema, bowling alley and gyms on clifton moor. there is also a great local pub just around the corner.

all bills are included in the rent.

i am a 30 year old male, pretty easy going, i like to go out for a beer, or just stay in and cook some good food and have a glass of wine listening to some tunes.

i do like the place to stay nice and clean and tidy, and would hope for the same from whoever wanted the room.

i work for the emergency services so am out through the night a lot of the time.
