Are you our new housemate? We are looking for a 3rd person to share our mid-terraced house. You will enjoy a quick walk to York Hospital, YSJs, and City Centre, and three bus lines stop around corner (1, 5, 6).
We offer a lightly furnished double room, ground floor facing the street. Recently installed double glazed windows add warmth, security and quiet. Full kitchen, huge bathroom with tub and shower, with sep. WC. Large garden in rear, wireless broadband, and all bills included.
Sadly as we are book publishers/ scholars, the one-time "living room" is now an office, sorry! But please enjoy garden, use kitchen as needed, etc. We are looking for non-smoker who wants a quiet house. We are all sharing one WC so we prefer a single rather than couple.
