Double room (Clifton Moore) detached house

Hello,

A double bedroom available in a lovely detached house residing in Clifton Moore. The room is part furnished, so a bed would be required unless your happy with a futon bed, room has draws, walldrobe etc and a sky cabling ( I have a skybox that you could use).

House is walking distance to tescos, vue cinema, and roko, Puregym, fitness first gym. 3 miles from city centre with bike route 15 mins or regular number 6 bus 25 mins. Ideal for local amenities, commute to city centre.

I have two dogs, so pet lovers are required. My dogs are very friendly and often request cuddles.

The house has separate kitchen dinner, nice big cosy living room, utility room, bathroom (bath and shower) and a detached garage. Equipment including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge, microwave etc all kitchen and dinning utilities and added perk of my dogs ;) driveway is big enough for two cars. THere is a rear secluded patio garden which is a sun trap in the summer for those that want a cheeky tan. Really is a lovely house, with that warm cosy feeling.

In relation to myself, I'm creative in many aspects, like to Socialise, keep fit and eat healthy. I work from home as part of my job, I'm a happy, stress free guy and would appreciate someone very similar. Looking for someone, who wants a nice place to call home. My housemate Charlie resides in another room in the house, she's 26 and also a nice lass.

The house is fully furnished with my furniture, cutlery plates etc therefore due to this and my dogs, party's are not allowed. Guests are permitted but please be respectful.
