My current housemate has decided to take the plunge and move in with a boy(friend), so I am looking for someone cheerful and relaxed to live with.

Our house is very spacious, with a large Kitchen, living room and bathroom. we also have a down stairs toilet and a laundry room.

The Kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washing machine.

The bedrooms are unfurnished and neutrally coloured - so easy to make your own.

The house is situated in a peaceful court yard and our landlords (who are wonderful)live close by.

It's about a twenty minute walk in to town, with a co-op just around the corner and a little asda, morrisons and sainsburys close by.

Rent is £375 a month and £150 a month for bills.
