Double Room available in York City Centre!

I have one bedroom available in a three bedroom house located within walking distance of York St john University, York District Hospital, Nestle and the City Centre.

The bedroom is fully furnished consisting of a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, desk chair and fitted shelving.

There is an open plan kitchen with table and chairs. The lounge has two leather sofas and a flatscreen television fitted with Sky and DVD player. There is a washing machine in the kitchen. The bathroom is shared.

There are two of us living here at the moment. I work on the maternity ward at the hospital, and hoping to start my midwifery training in September. My current housemate is working full time at the York Minster.

We are looking for a professional female. We like to keep the house clean and tidy but at the same time enjoy a relaxed friendly atmosphere.

Bills are not included in the rent price as I have found it is more fair to divide the variable bills when we receive one. The standard monthly bills to be paid with the rent are:

-Broadband -  £15 per month
-Council Tax  £35 per month
- TV Licence  £6 per month

The variable bills are paid on a quarterly basis:

-Gas and electric averages at about  £20-30 a month each (less during summer)
-Water around  £7 a month each
