Lovely double room in city centre

Available from 1st of november

The flat is 5 mins from the station and 5 mins from main shopping area.

The room is fairly large with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The shared bathroom, kitchen and living room are also decent sizes and fully furnished.

Rent plus bills comes to around 450 a month.

I'm looking for someone fairly quiet and relaxed as I work shifts so I'm up very early or get home late evening. I tend to rest a lot between shifts. I'm quiet and chill in my room mainly though like to socialise and hang out/watch films now and then or go out for quiet drinks.

Not looking for a flatmates who's a party animal or out drinking heavily every weekend as I need a quietism environment for sleep.

The flat is for professionals only, no students sorry!

The flat is with a letting agency however as me and my flatmate are on a joint contract it's up to me to find a replacement flat mate. Once I have found someone I will get the agency in touch with the new tenant :)
