I have a double furnished room and a single furnished room in a quiet and modern house available to rent. Both can be unfurnished if prefered. I only plan on renting out one of them currenlty. Available from jan 2016.
I am the landlord and live in the property.
The house is a large three bed semi with off street parking for 3 cars and is close to the ring road and local amenities with a good bus service near by.
Would suit a professional person, who is clean and tidy, not scared of cleaning up after themselves, easy going and friendly.
Bills are included. Double room has virgin multi-room in it and there is also wifi in the house.
