Double room available in Fulford

I have a newly refurbished, double room available in Fulford, it's within walking distance of the city centre, university and train station. There is free on street parking available and a back garden with a shed for a bike

The house is a minutes walk from the local pub, convenient store, deli and bus stop.

I have a small, friendly dog (miniature schnauzer). She is none shedding and hypo-allegenic but you must be a dog friendly person.

The room is available for single occupancy only and you must be in employment. I would be happy to consider a part time room let if you are only in York for a few days / week.
