Double Furnished Room Close To City Centre!!!

Hi I have a double room to rent close to the city centre. The room is currently furnished with basic essentials. Double bed, built in wardrobe, and large chest of draws. I have had this room rented out for the last four years with four previous occupants so living with different people is nothing new to me.

The apartment is for all joint living space, kitchen, living room etc. Living space includes large plasma tv, the full Sky package including movies, sports and HD. Broadband included. Corner group sofa and sideboard.

The kitchen has everything that you would need. Double cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, slow cooker and other useful appliances.

The apartment location is very close to city centre, 10 minutes walk. Few minutes walk to Morrisons and close to york uni. It has plenty of non allocated parking but you always have somewhere.

Im am a 25 year old guy that works week days. Very easy to get on with and talk to. My hobbies are endless really! I enjoy going out with friends on a weekend, watching films, sports etc.

I am out alot of the time so you could find having the place to yourself rather often, almost like having your own home. This will be available come 1st July.
