Fabulous ground floor double en-suite room

Hi my name is Wendy. I am looking for a friendly person or couple to share our flat with me and my partner Ian. The room is available from 11tth May 2015. The rent for a single person is £420per month and for a couple it is negotiable.
The room available is a large double with a view of the garden. It's on the ground floor, but none of the rooms are overlooked, so it is very private. It comes with two double wardrobes, five chests of drawers, a double bed with memory foam mattress, a desk and adjustable chair and a 37inch wide screen TV. We have BT and Sky Sports 1and 2 and BT entertainment package with Braodband. The private bathroom has a bath with a powerful shower, toilet, sink and a large cupboard for extra storage.
However, I do not expect you to hide in your room as the open plan sitting room and kitchen, which is very large, is the best place to hang out. I love to cook and trial all sorts of delicious dishes on anyone that happens to be around...and yes, that includes you!
My flat is in a very friendly, safe neighbourhood and I am good friends with most of my neighbours, who I am sure you will love too.
We have a very friendly, well-trained black labrador called Brian who does not jump up or sit on the furniture. He has the waggiest tail in the whole dog kingdom. We also have a Parson's Russell called Ruby who loves to be on the furniture, but she doesn't yap or bite. Brian and Ruby are the best of friends. We also have two fish, Heathcliff and Elizabeth Bennett.
