Room available in luxury city centre apartment

We are two young (23&28) sociable female professionals looking for a flat mate for a room in our spacious apartment. Due to our work during the week we tend to relax in front of the tv but on a weekend enjoy going out or having friends round- someone of a similar character would fit in well.

Ideally we would like a full time working professional that would fit in with our working hours as we do want a flatmate we can speak to and not someone we don't see. We're looking for someone who is reliable and willing to help out with household chores including cleaning up after themselves but also someone who's up for a laugh.

The apartment is in a quiet area of the city centre approx 10min walk from the station and 15min walk to town. The room is a huge double en suite room with a bath and separate shower. The room is unfurnished.

The apartment has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen includes all mod-cons and we have unlimited broadband. Rent is £325 per month. Bills are not included in the rent- we each pay into a house account £120 per month which covers gas/electric/water/broadband/t v licence/council tax. The total amount is £445 per month.

Non smoking would be preferable, though this could be negotiated as we have a balcony which could be used for the right person.
