Double room to rent york city centre

A really good location right outside the York Walls, this is a double bed sized room. There is currently a single bed in here at the moment, i can either get a few things to furnish it off if required or leave it as it is.

It is located in a ground floor small apartment block of 9. So it is very friendly and peaceful.

The rest of the apartment, well there is a good sized living room, a semi separated kitchen with all white goods - fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven - hob. The bathroom is designer (apparently) with a shower and bath, and storage space too. There is also an outside storage shed with room for bikes etc.

The price includes everything which is Rent, C. Tax, Electricity, Water, Sky TV - Internet - Land Line and rental, plus no deposit required.

A bit about me - I work for Aviva at Monks Cross mon-fri 9-5. I am really chilled out either i will be out with friends or watching the football, going snowboarding, out mountain biking or staying in watching a film. I like to keeps things generally tidy. I like to have a chat and be sociable but i do respect peoples privacy and personal space.
