The room is a single and fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, shelves and desk. The room is available from June to Aug in 2014. I would like to find a housemate who replaces my contract. I am a PhD student and planning to go back to home as finished thesis.
The rent fee is ￡277 per month except for heating and internet fee (The extra fee is around ￡30). When you occupy the room, you need deposit and one month fee (￡277) in first month.
The house is in a quiet location and shares with 3 students. It is also very close to the university, 5 minutes distance. The 3 housemates are quite, kind, and sociable.
