Double room available in a modern, light and spacious flat just outside Walmgate bar. The room is furnished with desk, bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The flat itself is on the second floor of a modern block of flats, is tidy and comfortable and has a spacious living area with a large TV and dining table. The flat has broadband, a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a bike shed downstairs.

It's a 10-minute walk to the town centre from here, with shops like One Stop and Waitrose nearby and Morrisons a 5-minute walk away; there are also several nice pubs just outside of the house.

The rent is £335 per month for the room, including water; this does not include electricity, council tax and internet, however.

I'm looking to find someone friendly, sociable and considerate who we could get along with well while sharing this flat. My job keeps me quite busy, but I am always happy for a nice distraction with a glass of wine or a chat.
