Hi! I'm a PhD student at the University of York, and I'm subletting a single room (with a double bed and lovely sunshine) during the summer for around 2 months, from 28th June to 3rd Sep 2014. Shorter period of stay will be accepted. The rent is 320p/m, including ALL the bills. The room's in a lovely 2-bedroom, newly decorated house in a safe and quiet area, with all the necessary furniture and a garden. It's about 10 minutes’ walk from the main campus and from the city centre, 5 minutes’ walk from Waitrose and Morrison's. The existing housemate is a British PhD student of the University, and he's nice, quiet and organised. He'll stay in the other bedroom during the summer.
