Thank you for replying to my advert for our house, we have been advertising the house for a group of 4 students , we have never used this site before and now realise that it is for individuals, not for groups
What I would like to know is would you be interested in forming a group of 4 students for this house.
Are you based in York at present so we could arrange to meet up show you the house and talk about the tenancy. We give the present tenants 24 hours notice to do a viewing but Graham or myself can show you round any time after the notice. Including nights and weekends,
The house at present is occupied by 3 Italian oversea students and one from the uk, who are in their second year in this house
