A lovely and unusual shared flatlet for one female is coming available from April 19th: suit professionals, postgraduates or University staff. It's in a quiet, comfortable home on Heslington Lane, 15-ish mins walk from the University. You'll be sharing the whole of the upstairs of the house with another female.

The flatlet consists of two double bedrooms, a shower room and a living room. You'll have one bedroom, and share the rest.
The kitchen/diner is shared with me – I'm the (friendly) landlady and I live entirely on the ground floor.

All rooms are in very good condition and are just being painted again now!
The spacious bedroom has: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, lamps, broadband connection
The shower room has: shower, WC, cabinet, shelves, heated towel rail
The cosy living room is comfortable with a small sofa, armchair, lamps, coffee table, bookcase and corner cabinet, and TV, Freeview and DVD
The large kitchen/diner has a 5-hob cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all pots, pans and crockery etc if needed, with good cupboard and shelf space.

r this summer! There's also space in the front drive for a car, and a lock up area for your cycles down the side passage.

There's a very good range of local shops, with a post office, a good fruit and veg shop, and a small supermarket, with two more down the road; also an excellent bus service to town and an easy bike ride or walk to the University.

Ideally you'll be tidy, clean, independent and quiet, also ecologically aware.

Rent includes broadband and all the bills. (If you're working you would need to pay a bit towards council tax as well). Six months minimum stay. Two references and one month's bond required.
