I've currently got a spare room that I'm looking to rent out. I live in Clifton Moor, 2 bedroom, garage and garden, where there's easy access to the 24 hr Tesco and to the ring road so if you've got a car it's really handy! Otherwise I'm also close to the cycle orbital route so getting around on a bike is easy too. I'm also right on the 6 bus route. So there's pretty much access to every way you could wish to travel!

Rent: £400 p/month and bills are to be split equally.
A little about me: I'm 28 get on very well with people that I've lived with previously. I don't smoke and I don't have pets. I currently work as a primary school teacher. I also conduct a choir in York.
