Double Room Available In Beautiful Village

So I live in this beautiful 2 bed cottage which is located 11 minutes from Wetherby and 19 minutes from York. The location of this cottage is absolutely stunning. It is surrounded by the most beautiful countryside, has a pub in the village (The Checkers Inn) which is great and yet is located 5 minutes away from the A1/M1. It is a real gem.
I have lived here for a year now, and although I work during the day about 30 minutes away I also run my Interior Design Business from home.
I am looking for someone to take the double bedroom over. You will need to bring your own wardrobe and bed etc. The room, as you can see from the pictures, is not the largest but it is a decent size and like all the rooms in the house it has lovely views.
I am looking for a lodger, so somebody to rent the room from me. I say lodger as although I am very used to living with people and get on with everyone, I am incredibly busy at the moment so wouldn't describe myself as a flatmate so to speak! :-) I am very welcoming though and of course you will have free reign of the kitchen and bathroom, both of which we will share. I am looking for someone who is ideally quite quiet, loves the outdoors as the location is perfect for this, and someone who is easy going, clean and chilled out. Really I need someone who is happy to get on with their own thing.
When I do get the free time I sometimes will have my friends over, or I may pop to the pub, have BBQs, and of course I do venture out into the cities for drinks and fun as and when I can! :-) All of which you will be welcome to join. I also do quite a bit of travelling so you will have the house to yourself sometimes. In terms of the main living area, there is a TV lounge area as well as an area with table and chairs. I am currently using the dining area as my desk area, and don't have too much time for tv so I would like to make you aware of this before coming to view. It is not that I don't want you in there, it is just that given the cottage isn't huge, it is the only space for me to run my business from so you will usually find me in there. Happy for you to use though even if I am in there working as I am used to this anyway :-)
I also own a couple of cats who are incredibly friendly and pretty much problem free, but I thought I better make you aware of them :-).
The neighbours here are lovely, as is everyone here in the village.
What you are paying for here is the lifestyle. The cottage is gorgeous, as are the surroundings.
The rent includes all bills including internet access. Parking is available also.
