Spacious double room 5 min walk to UoY from 5/4/17

I am a live-in landlady with my partner and we've been renting rooms out for a couple of years now. There's a spacious, light and airy double room available for £120 per week for single person occupancy or £150 per week for double occupancy. The room is furnished and finished to a high standard.

We usually work between the hours of 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and most Saturday evenings and the house is a friendly, clean and tidy environment.

We will consider all types of lets i. e. short-term, Mon-to-Fri or longer-term lets no problem.

The new housemate/s would have a clean, modern bathroom all to themselves.

The living room is large and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge, plenty of cupboard space and a washer.

We are clean and tidy and would expect the same from a lodger. We are friendly, happy to chat and socialise although it is usually a case of time permitting!

The house is a 5 minute walk to the University of York and is on a bus route into York City Centre which is just less than 2 miles away. The lovely riverside is a 10/15 min walk away and there is easy access to cycle routes to York and onto more scenic paths. Access to motorways via the A64 is about 8 minutes. Local shops, supermarkets and leisure facilities are all nearby within a 10 to 20 minute walk.

There is off street parking if needed and a small amount of garage space, say enough for a bicycle and a couple of smallish boxes if necessary. The house has a fairly big garden, patio and eventually, a grass area.
