The house has an open airy kitchen on the ground floor, and large living room on the first floor with balcony and Sky TV and Broadband. There is a wet-room style shower on the first floor, and family bathroom on the top floor. There is a garden and also parking available.

Rent includes all bills and utilities, one month's rent deposit needed. I am looking for young professionals who will keep the house tidy and in nice condition!
