Furnished db room available in 2 bed town house

I have a furnished double room available in a 2 bed town house in Foxwood, Acomb. It has a double bed, triple wardrobe and large chest of drawers. It is a light and airy room. The house was only built in 2005 so well insulated. There is an off street parking space, a shed for a bicycle and is a 2min walk to the bus stop. It is on a quiet road in a family residential area with shops and supermarkets close by.

I am a 36 year old professional. I work full time office hours and also study part time. I have a 7 year old friendly dog. There is a small garden out back with table and chairs. It will be a shared bathroom upstairs and there is also a toilet downstairs. Its a cosy, homely house, I think anyway :-)

I am looking for someone who likes a tidy home and is respectful of fellow housemates and neighbours (there is a family either side). You must like dogs as mine will want to be your best friend and is allowed on the furniture for cuddles.
