We are a professional couple looking for someone to rent a good sized double room in our home from August 15th 2014.

The house is a 3 bedroom end of terrace with driveway space for 1 additional car (we already have 2 - 1 each). Secure storage for bicycles too. 3rd (smallest) bedroom used as an office. Big kitchen. Open plan living room/dining room, huge sofa. Double glazing, central heating. Upstairs bathroom & downstairs toilet.

Rent for the room includes council tax, all household bills, fast fibre optic broadband and household essentials (cleaning products etc). Doesn't include food provision. Room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, drawers.

We are looking for tidy, considerate person(s) to share our house with. We both work full time, myself in hospitality and my husband in manufacturing. We are a quiet household, enjoying evenings in with wine, food and films. Because of our working hours we are up early through the week and I work late on weekends.

Couples considered - there is plenty of space. The room rent will be increased by £100 pcm.
