Unfortunately I will not be continuing studies in York, but I was very excited to move into this newly furnished house. The room advertised is easily the biggest room of the four, but I don't have any photos as there are still tenants til July. Terraced house but ground floor is semi detatched because of an alley leading to the back garden, where there is a BBQ with decking area and gravel garden. TV looks good at least 32" flat screen on the wall. Housemate also has surround sound speakers for it. 1 room has en-suite but shared bathroom is downstairs. All modern fixtures and fittings - all in all a very tidy property.
