Double Room available

This house is a 5 bedded student house, it is a 15 minute walk to york university and about a 40 minute walk into the city centre, there is also a number 6 bus route which regularly runs. The house tennents include; 1 male and 3 females who are all students nurses going into their 3rd year, all of them are very friendly and easy going. The room for rent is a double room which is situated downstairs next to the kitchen, it is a fairly big room and is furnished. The living room and kitchen are shared and there are two bedrooms. Bills are not included in the rent, however £40 a month is paid into another account by all housemates to cover all of the bills, including gas, electric, water and broadband.
