There is an open living room with leather sofas and tv; a modern kitchen with fridge, washing machine and freezer. There is only one bathroom, but very spacious. The flat is in Queen Victoria Street, close to the city centre and at about 15 mins by bike from the University of York.
The flatmates are three postgrads (so another postgraduate is preferred). We are all respectful, clean and tidy and would like to live with a similar person. We like to socialize and spend time together but at the same time we'll have to study a lot - so this is is NOT a party house!
