2 x double bedrooms available in a 3 bedroom house.

The room features a wall mounted 40" Smart TV - access Netflix / Prime etc. Double bed, lamp, bedside table, clock, massive wardrobes, curtains etc. Bedding can also be provided too.

There is a bus stop within a VERY short walking distance - takes 100 seconds to walk to - it's that near!

The internet is insane. The house has UFO (Ultra Fibre Optic) which means we get roughly 900Mbps download and 900Mbps upload too. The internet is included in the price. All bills are included. All you need to do is bring your stuff :)

There is no garage, but there is a spacious shed, of which this can be used for bikes etc.

Nice private garden which is a good sun trap if you like to get a tan in this limited British summer!

Big lounge, and decent sized kitchen (you don't have to step on toes to move around)

It's a very quiet neighbourhood, and the driveway is big enough for 3 cars, so plenty of room.

Downstairs bathroom as well as an upstairs bathroom complete with shower and bath.

Looking for anyone who is conscientious, well mannered & respectful.

I am laid back, enjoy good banter, and can be as social or as reserved as you wish.

If you enjoy chatting away, that's great - I enjoy a good conversation - but equally, if you want some down time, that's fine too.

If a couple are staying, it will be an additional £200 per calendar month.

Girlfriends / boyfriends are welcome for up to 3 nights a week - but 4 or more, would require the extra £200 per month.
