Furnished terraced house in central York

I am renting out my home for 6 months while I am abroad. It is newly decorated to a high standard and is fully furnished. It is a two bedroom house but does have an attractive extra loft room which I currently use as a bedroom/study. It would suit a visiting academic perhaps with a child as we are opposite a school, playground and have an excellent nursery nearby and a house and garden full of toys! It is situated close to the nicest bit of york: the bishy road which has lovely shops and cafes and the bishop hill community garden. Our house has a community garden in the lane behind our own little garden.
