The room itself is very homely and spacious with a fireplace. The whole property is entirely furnished, and inside of the bedroom there is also desk space for studies/work from home - very suitable for Uni students.

The other 5 tenants are all girls and study at York St John University, they are all very easy going and extremely friendly and willing to welcome anyone. They are all sociable and enjoy numerous activities such as; cooking, going out for drinks and having movie nights.

Only moving out due to other commitments at home, it truly is a wonderful house and I am sad not to be a part of it so I would like to find someone laidback, friendly and openminded to fill my space.
