Looking for a friendly and tidy flat mate

The flat is off Lawrence Street, is lovely a new. The room could either be a larger single or a small double. I'm happy to get a bed so it would be up to you if you wanted to get a single or double. I was planning on buying a single bed with a second bed underneath it so it can be made into a double or put away for a bit more space. I'm moving into the flat in September but can arrange viewings with the letting agent before then. Furniture wise, you could bring your own if you have some or I'll be getting a few basic bits and pieces.

I'm going to have broadband fitted and hopefully some form of TV package too, obviously this is still being finalised. I think it makes sense to include bills just to make life a little easier.

The living room/dining room is a really nice size, it's on the first floor and is really light and airy. There's a shared bathroom and I'm into things being clean and tidy so I'm sure it will be kept immaculate :) I will be sorting out furniture for the rest of the house... I will put pictures up of furnished property as soon as I can unless someone takes it before then.

I'm a professional female aged 23. I'm happy to share with males or females. I've been a student in York and am now a media worker for a nonprofit. I'm friendly, tidy and fun! I'm quite laid back so would be looking for a housemate who would be happy to chill out and wasn't planning on partying all of the time.

I work from home a lot, so will be around a fair bit. I am currently council tax exempt due to my student status so anyone who shares with me will be liable for the council tax unless they are exempt too.
