The flat is the ground floor apartment, situated in a quiet location, yet within 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre and 10 minutes from the university. The available room is double size. The flat is now with SKY broadband unlimited. The living/dining room is good size and very nice. I'm a clean and tidy person. I'm a PhD study at University of York and looking for someone to replace my current flatmate from Oct to Dec. It's an ideal condition for someone who is looking a lovely room for a few months.
